The primary aim of the CYON is the spiritual development of youths through personal prayers, Bible and Spiritual reading and participation in the sacramental apostolic missionary life of the Church so as to achieve sound spiritual and moral excellence among the youths of the archdiocese.

Also, to harness the resources and develop the potentials of members so that they may become model Catholics with exemplary characters.

To promote Catholic identity through the inculcation of Catholic doctrines and practice as contained in the tradition and teachings of the Catholic Church and to support and be loyal to the constituted authority of the Catholic Church in its mission in the world.

The Catholic Men Organisation (CMO) brings together men of the parish who are dedicated to living out their vocation as Catholic husbands, fathers, and leaders. Rooted in faith and guided by the teachings of the Church, CMO encourages spiritual growth, moral responsibility, and active participation in parish life.

Members support one another in building strong Christian families, promoting unity within the Church, and contributing to charitable works. Through prayer, formation, and service, CMO helps men lead with integrity and faith.

The Catholic Women Organisation (CWO) is a fellowship of women committed to serving God and the Church through faith, love, and action. At Holy Cross Cathedral, CWO plays a vital role in nurturing spiritual life, supporting families, and promoting charitable initiatives within the parish and community.

Guided by Catholic values, members grow in holiness through prayer, formation, and service. CWO empowers women to be strong witnesses of Christ, fostering unity, compassion, and dedication to the mission of the Church.
